At the Area 3 Foundation, we believe that once you’ve worn the magic, you’re family forever. We’re a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the dreams and well-being of current and former Walt Disney Character Performers, Attendants, and Captains—those who’ve brought joy to millions and now deserve a little magic of their own.What We DoWe turn compassion into action.
Through our scholarship program, we help our Disney family pursue post-secondary education and chase new dreams. And through our crisis fund, we offer a helping hand when life throws a curveball—be it illness, job loss, or unexpected hardship.
We also host whimsical fundraising events like “Sip Around the Springs” and virtual gatherings that bring our community together with heart, laughter, and purpose.
